Kassák Passage

This new residential park lies in the district’s dynamically-developing section, on the lot bordered by Kassák, Klapka, Angyalföldi and Apály utca. The Kassák Project will be complete once the third stage is ready, and the complex, comprising some 700 apartments, will also include its own park, spread out over more than 9,000 square metres.

True to the spirit of LIVING development projects, Kassák Passage is also being built with a focus on smart homes and forming a real community. For the most part, 1+1-room, 3-room and studio apartments of an above-average technical quality are being configured.

Location

Kassák Passage is an extension to the Kassák Residence, located on Klapka utca in the 13th district. Two buildings with 262 apartments will be constructed in this new stage. The apartments will be delivered in 2022.
